Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you deliver? Yes! We do charge a delivery fee of $249 and we require a minimum order of $2500 worth of merchandise (contact us for wholesale pricing) in order to fulfill a delivery.   • How do I submit a delivery order? Please submit your inquiry via email along with the products you want to purchase and an address to orders@igplantbroker.com and we will reach out to you with a custom invoice and schedule a delivery date

  • I haven’t received a confirmation email, what do I do? Since our email servers are run by a third party, sometimes it takes hours for the confirmation to be sent. If you haven’t received confirmation within 3-4 hours please contact us at support@igplantbroker.com

  • A product is out of stock, what do I do? Generally if a product is out of stock on our website we won’t have any available for a while. Please feel free to check periodically as our inventory varies throughout the year.

  • I cancelled my order, how long will it take to get my refund? Refunds are processed immediately however the funds can take up to ten business days to post on your account depending on your bank or institution. Typically we see refunds arrive in 3-5 business days.

  • Do you guys offer wholesale pricing? Yes we offer wholesale pricing/local pricing on orders above $1500 or if you are a valid Landscaping/Plant Nursery business here in Florida.
